GENERAL
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases, orders, agreements and deliveries made through LAROSH. By placing an order on our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Any deviations from these Terms are only valid if confirmed by LAROSH in writing.
PRODUCTS
We strive to display all products as accurately as possible. However, colours, dimensions and product details may vary slightly due to production processes or differences in screen settings. Obvious errors, inaccuracies or pricing mistakes are not binding and may be corrected at any time without prior notice.
PRICING
All prices are listed in Euros and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs, where applicable, are clearly displayed during checkout. LAROSH reserves the right to adjust prices at any time. The price confirmed at the time of purchase will always apply to your order.
ORDERS AND PAYMENT
Orders are processed once payment has been successfully received. LAROSH reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, stock discrepancies or obvious pricing errors. If payment has already been made, the full amount will be refunded using the original payment method.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination or circumstances beyond our control. LAROSH is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, suppliers or force majeure events.
RETURNS
Customers have the right to return eligible products within 14 days of receiving their order. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and returned in their original condition with all original tags and packaging. Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused. Unless stated otherwise, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are processed within 14 days after the returned items have been received and approved.
WARRANTY
All products are covered by the statutory legal warranty. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper care, modifications or normal wear and tear.
LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LAROSH shall only be liable for direct damages and its liability shall never exceed the purchase price of the relevant product. LAROSH shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of profits, business interruption or any other financial losses.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the LAROSH website, including logos, graphics, photographs, product designs, product names, text and other materials, remains the intellectual property of LAROSH and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission.
PRIVACY
Personal information is processed in accordance with applicable privacy legislation and is only used to process orders, provide customer support and improve our services. Customer information will never be sold to third parties.
FORCE MAJEURE
LAROSH shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, transport disruptions, supplier failures, strikes or technical issues.
COMPLAINTS
If you have a complaint regarding a product or our services, please contact our customer support. We will make every reasonable effort to respond promptly and provide an appropriate solution.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our website shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Netherlands, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
LAROSH reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest published version will apply to all future purchases and orders made through our website.
